Guru Milenial tumbuh dan berkembang seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Sebagai generasi yang tumbuh dengan teknologi, guru milenial lebih terbuka, fleksibel, dan adaptif terhadap penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan masa kini. Mereka cenderung menggunakan teknologi dan media sosial dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran, seperti membuat presentasi multimedia, memanfaatkan video atau audio dalam pembelajaran, atau menggunakan platform e-learning untuk membantu peserta didik memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru.

Selain itu, guru milenial juga lebih berfokus pada pengembangan keterampilan sosial dan emosional siswa, dan cenderung menggunakan pendekatan kolaboratif dan interaktif dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Mereka berusaha memfasilitasi pengalaman belajar yang menarik dan memberikan kesempatan bagi siswa untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam proses pembelajaran.
