Untuk menyamakan persepsi dan menguatkan peserta pembaTIK level 4, maka pembaTIK 2023 menyiapkan kegiatan sinkronus yang menghadirkan Duta teknologi Sulawesi Barat dan Tim dari Pusdatin/BLPT. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan penguatan pelaksanaan pembaTIK level 4 dan dikemas dengan nama kegiatan Keramat (kelas Kolaborasi Bersama Duta).
